Fitness Kickboxing is a set of cardio-vascular and muscular endurance based exercises using techniques from Kickboxing & Boxing. The emphasis is on movement rather than exacting form, to ensure that you work at your hardest. The classes will improve your overall fitness and co-ordination. Each class is set out differently and varied so that we can focus on different aspects and goals of individuals. We also have a lot of fun in this class through wee challenges and team work.
