Yoga is back at SFEAR in 2018! We are pleased to announce that Yoga with Amy-Clare will be running Yoga classes at SFEAR every Tuesday at 10:00 from the 9th of January 2018. Yoga is a great form of exercise and has many benefits. If you want to learn more, just carry on reading.
Yoga is primarily a bodyweight exercise that has many benefits, both mental and physical. Yoga helps you improve strength and awareness of your body through the use of poses and transiting from one pose to another. Our Classes are provided by Amy-Clare, who is an experienced practitioner. Yoga with Amy-Clare brings fun, colour, laughter and games. Yoga is for kids and grown ups, athletes and everyday folk! We are looking forward to working with Amy-Clare in 2018. We hope that our transition into 44 Queen Street will see our classes expand and grow as more timetable slot become available. Yoga with Amy-Clare is independent of SFEAR and can be booked directly with her on her Facebook page ‘Yoga with Amy-Clare’ and paid to her before the sessions.
