Hay guys, remember health camp and all that chat about feeding the beast? You know, eat for the exercise not to lose weight? Well here I am trawling the internet after the Christmas party and I found this we gem. Please read it as we go into the Christmas holidays. I’m a firm believer in not putting too much pressure on yourself when it comes to weight goals. I remember training hard and eating any kind of protein to put some weight on for rugby (if only it was a struggle now!). I should have been focused on eating right, performance and rest. This article takes on a slightly different subject, but a similar view on how you should approach exercise and diet, while keeping that healthy eye on your mind!
